Workers' Compensation & Personal Injury
I represent people who have been injured at work, helping them file workers' compensation claims and resolve problems. I can take action if your claim has been delayed or denied. My goal is to get you the benefits you need and deserve.
I help people who have been injured in other ways, including automobile, motorcycle and other accidents, accidents that occur on another's property or from animal attacks. I have experience with a range of these serious matters, including representing people who were hurt while in the care of nursing homes. I also represent the surviving families of people who died in accidents of all kinds, helping them file wrongful death claims in Illinois courts.
Real Estate Law
I handle real estate matters related to residential, commercial, agricultural and vacant property. My work includes:
